Assoc Prof Jo‑Anne Manski‑Nankervis is an academic general practitioner and Academic Director of Primary Care and Family Medicine at LKCMedicine. She contributes to strategic leadership across LKCMedicine and NHG Polyclinics through the Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme, the Asian Centre for Health Behavioural Insights and Interventions (HABITS), and the Office of Patient Engagement (OPEN).
Assoc Prof Jo‑Anne’s research spans trials, implementation science, and behavioural interventions, including the development and evaluation of clinical decision support tools, quality improvement strategies, and co-designed interventions that enhance engagement in cancer screening, chronic disease care, and antimicrobial stewardship. She has extensive experience in pragmatic and health services trials embedded in routine care and is currently leading a research programme exploring patient and public involvement in health research.
Her work integrates research, teaching, and mentorship, with a strong focus on translating evidence into practice to improve outcomes for people and health systems.
