Winner of the Distinction Award for Distinguished Contributor Award for Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) 2023, Ms Geraldine Lim has been with Changi General Hospital’s (CGH) Clinical Trials & Research Unit (CTRU) since 2012. With her experience, she ensures and maintain a talent pool of well-trained CRCs and led the team to supports clinicians across various research studies ranging from early phase to late phase. She is dedicated in mentoring and development of the next generations of CRCs and project managers, equipping them with the skillsets required to manage clinical studies and support study outcomes as the hospital innovates healthcare for tomorrow.
